Off-Site Construction

Off-Site Construction is the process where we are able to build full scale buildings, rooms and skid technology in a factory and ship it directly to the site for quicker install and maximization on Return on Investment from the Owner. Data Centers, Central Energy Plants, Central Utility Buildings, Power Skid technology are all products we can produce off-site and then ship directly to your job site. OSC produces, greater schedule results, less waste, less manpower congestion on site, safer conditions, more production time and better quality to highly detailed rooms.



Through planning, staging and prefabrication, Starr Electric can save clients time and money on every project, regardless of size and scope. Prefabrication contributes to a better overall process for all parties since we can reduce on-site congestion while maintaining the original spirit of the design. And because prefabrication often occurs in a controlled environment, we contribute to a safer working environment for everyone involved.

Commissioning and Systems Training

The last five percent of a project is just as important as the first 95 percent, and the systems have to work from day one. Period. That is precisely why Starr Electric uses a strict quality control process from pricing through close-out to ensure that building systems are in perfect working order. In addition, we train all personnel on the necessary equipment and devices to ensure the knowledge is completely transferred before we leave the project.
